Information Collection INSURANCE—We will ask you to provide your personal information to us when you enroll for coverage and when you purchase an insurance policy from us. When you enroll for an insurance policy at DBA/CWRE, we will ask you to provide your name, home address, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address. This information will be provided to the insurance company when you purchase an insurance policy so they can establish you as a policyholder. We will maintain a record of your information at the offices of DBA/CWRE so we can provide you with policyholder service. When you purchase an insurance policy from DBA/CWRE, you will pay the premiums with cash, bank draft, or personal check. If you use a bank draft to pay the premium, your bank information is deleted from our records after your purchase has been authorized. If you pay the premium using your personal check, we will keep a copy of your check in your file. REAL ESTATE—Customers inquiring abour real estate listings may be asked for their personal information, such as telephone numbers and/or email addresses. Anyone sending email inquiries to our staff will be revealing their email addresses to us. Browsing our real estate listings will not provide us with any personally identifiable information about you, unless you make contact with us via Realtor.com inquiries or email. Anyone wishing to make bona fide offers on real estate listings will be asked for personal information including, but not limited to, name, phone number, address, and social security number. This information is considered highly confidential, and so we will DISCOURAGE the use of unsecure methods (i.e., email) to transfer this information.
